30 Years Commemorative Geocoin

We have produced a geocoin for all members of the Group to commemorate our 30th Anniversary.

Scout Troop Expands

On 1st November 2008 9 new Scouts attended the first Saturday session of our Scout Troop.

They are the first wave of attendees and over the next 12 months the numbers will soon grow to 24. This will provide our Troop with a total of 48 places.

We are still looking for new leaders so please don't be shy! Contact any leader at the 9th if you can help at all.

We are getting bigger and we need your help!

Due to the fantastic success we have had over the last few years we are now going to open a second Scout Section. To make this work we need at least two additional parent helpers as well as ad hoc support.

Could you help out? We will provide training, a friendly group of supportive leaders and lots of opportunity to get out and try new things.

We have booked to go to the International Scout Centre in the Swiss Alps after the success we had in 2006. Watch out for more details over the next few weeks.
